My family of five was humiliated, turned away from Footprint Center with no tickets and all we got was a refund at 120%. I am assuming that they sold our tickets twice or the seller made a mistake. They show I have no tickets and that the owner had already transferred. They advised us to go to the box office with confirmation email. Confirmed emails matched for Seatgeek and my ticketmaster account. I again took screenshots of my empty ticketmaster account with no tickets. I advised for the second time that I had not received the transfer of ownership, only the confirmation. They then had me login to ticketmaster to see if they were there again. I had no tickets in my account, did not receive the email to accept them. After waiting an hour, I got nervous and called/opened a chat simultaneously, as the transfer of ownership still had not taken place.
